TYPES OF SMS

1. Transactional text-messaging is most commonly automated in order to reduce the required human resource whilst delivering a higher level of human resource. This cuts across (one-way and Two-way SMS) E.g Bank alerts, OTP and More
2. Promotional:  A promotional SMS, on the other hand, is a message sent by a brand to prospects and customers informing them about promotions, discounts, and offers. Marketers run promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and rocket sales.
